It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? From Picture Books to YA! 

It's Monday! What are you Reading? is a meme hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. It is a great way to recap what you read and/or reviewed the previous week and to plan out your reading and reviews for the upcoming week. It's also a great chance to see what others are reading right now...you just might discover your next “must-read” book!

Kellee Moye, of Unleashing Readers, and I decided to give It's Monday! What Are You Reading? a kidlit focus. If you read and review books in children's literature - picture books, chapter books, middle grade novels, young adult novels, anything in the world of kidlit - join us! Last Week's Book Adventures:

Gah! Between reading for class, a year-long workshop in school, and a book study we're doing, I'm struggling to find time to read the other books I'm in the middle of. I'm still reading: The Memory of Things by Gae Polisner and The Anatomical Shape of a Heart by Jenn Bennett. We did read Mercy Watson: Something Wonky This Way Comes as a family. I love Mercy Watson and her love of buttered toast. She's awesome. Peanut and I also started Wonder by RJ Palacio(!!!!)...I'm a little majorly excited about this.
